Pipeline bursts past No Fear 2, 11-1

The Pipeline jumped out to a 9-0 lead through the first two

quarters of play and cruised to an 11-1 victory over No Fear 2 in Squirt

Club Division weekend play at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in

Huntington Beach.

Dustin Fair led Pipeline’s scoring onslaught with four goals, and

Brett Cooper had three goals and three assists.

Rhett Rakhshani was the match’s top assist man with five and also

scored one goal, as did teammates Colby Kasubuchi, Michael Hiraoka, and

David Lachman.

Corey Ochoa scored off a Jason Wall assist for No Fear 2.

Fonzarellis 5, Sabres 2

Joshua Hackworth scored two goals, Kevin Tanaka handed out a pair of

assists, and Gregory Rizza, Danny Cano, and Corey Cano each scored single

goals for the Fonzarellis; Adam Cardwell had a goal and an assist and

Adam Springer scored once for the Sabres.

Elmos 6, Mavericks 4

Matthew Leitner scored three goals and had an assist, Richard Leitner

matched two goals with two assists, Skyler Hoar scored once, and Kenny

Gibo had an assist to lead the Elmos; Ryan Doyle scored once with two

assists, and Joey Laricchia, Raymond Sweller, and Matthew Steinbrick each

scored once with an assist for the Mavericks.

Wings 9, No Fear 1 2

Cameron Cepek scored three goals and had an assist, Peter Ryan scored

twice with two assists, Jaime Rasmussen scored once with two assists, and

Brett Young and Troy Aguilar each scored once with an assist to lead the

Wings; Taylor Apostol and Greg Earl both scored, and Adam Stanford and

Neil Byford each collected an assist for No Fear 1.
