* East 17th Street: Vandalism was reported in the 300 block at 1:45 a.m.

Tuesday.

* Nutmeg Place: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 1500 block at

10:10 a.m. Tuesday.

* Peterson Place: A disturbance was reported in the 2700 block at 1:10

p.m. Tuesday.

* Shalimar Drive: Loud music was reported in the 700 block at 11:40 p.m.

Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Coast Highway: Annoying phone calls were reported from a business

in the 300 block at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday.

* MacArthur Boulevard: An unattended purse, which contained a camera

valued at $500, was stolen from a patio in the 4000 block between 8:30

and 10:20 p.m. June 16.

* Malabar Drive: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 600 block at

7:30 a.m. Monday.
