All-Star tourney on tap

The 2000 District 62 Little League All-Star Tournament, hosted by

Huntington Valley and Robinwood little leagues, begins Saturday.

Huntington Valley will host both the Majors and 9-10 divisions, while

Robinwood will host the Junior and Senior divisions.

District 62 is comprised of the following leagues: Costa Mesa

American, Costa Mesa National, Fountain Valley, Huntington Valley, Ocean

View, Robinwood, Seaview, and Westminster.

Following Saturday’s opening round of play, the double-elimination

tournament will continue July 11-16, and conclude with district

championship finals July 18-20.

SATURDAY

MAJORS

AREA 1 (at HVLL) - Ocean View vs. Huntington Valley, 9 a.m.; Seaview

vs. CM American, noon.

AREA 2 (at Robinwood LL) - CM National vs. Westminster, 9 a.m.;

Robinwood vs. Fountain Valley, noon.

9-10s

AREA 1 (at HVLL) - Ocean View vs. CM American, 9 a.m.; Huntington

Valley vs. Seaview, noon.

AREA 2 (at Robinwood LL) - Robinwood vs. CM National, 9 a.m.; Fountain

Valley vs. Westminster, noon.

JUNIORS

At Robinwood LL - Ocean View vs. Robinwood, 9 a.m.; Seaview vs.

Westminster, noon; Huntington Valley vs. Fountain Valley, 3 p.m.

SENIORS
