Newport Beach resident Steve Stambaugh has been named chief

financial officer and senior president of Aliso Viejo-based Shea

Properties.

Stambaugh will be responsible for the company’s financial management

and administration, including capital acquisition for multifamily and

commercial development in Northern California, Southern California and

Colorado.

Before joining Shea Properties, Stambaugh was a vice president and

manager at Bank of America’s Los Angeles Real Estate Lending Group. He

previously served as vice president for Wells Fargo Realty Advisors in

Marina del Rey, and as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia.

Stambaugh has a master’s degree in business administration from

Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova

University in Pennsylvania.
