Veronica Aitken of Balboa Island and Matthew Herrington of Corona del

Mar exchanged wedding vows at Community Congregational Church in Corona

del Mar on Feb. 19.

The bride, who wore a strapless, floor-length satin gown trimmed with

pearls and a floor-length tulle veil, is the daughter of Sherry and Ron

Aitken of Laguna Beach.

The maids of honor were Amy Aitken and Jessie Aitken. Bridesmaids were

Brooke Truninger, Julia Herrington, Christina Meyer, Danielle Gordon and

Trista Switzer.

The best man was Bill Herrington. Ushers were Patrick Truninger, Jason

Glime, Andy Glime, Doug Skoro, Johnny Hamilton and Tom Schriber.

There were 230 guests at the reception at the Sutton Place Hotel in

Newport Beach.

The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and make their home in Newport Beach.

She is an attorney. He is employed by an Internet company.
