The Newport Beach joint venture partners of CT Realty Corp. and Howard

& Howard Inc. have sold a 4.92-acre parcel in Irwindale for $5.4 million.

The partnership, which acquired the property in 1997 for $3 million,

sold the site at 15715 E. Arrow Highway to the Louise Mickel Trust.

“We excel in seeking out value-added opportunities with strong

location benefits that can be favorably repositioned in the marketplace,”

said Robert M. Campbell, president of CT Realty Corp.

“We are actively reviewing Los Angeles-based properties that match our

investment profile and foresee numerous opportunities for us here in the

future.”

CT Realty Corp, with offices in Newport Beach and San Diego, was

founded in February 1994. Since then, the company has completed nearly

100 transactions worth a total of $800 million, including acquisitions,

sales, development and redevelopment.

Howard & Howard Inc. is a real estate development and investment firm

that serves as the managing partner for the joint venture partnership.
