Newport Beach-based Marsh, a leading risk and insurance services firm,

recently introduced two new products, HR Advisor and IP Response.

The products are designed to give employers a high-tech helping hand

with human resources, as well as protection against the growing threat of

intellectual property lawsuits.

Using interactive technology, the HR Advisor program displays a

virtual human resources office complete with top employment advice

regarding hiring, firing, training, state compensation and regulations,

background checks, work safety and how to develop an employee manual. The

program can be customized to an employer’s needs.

Marsh’s IP Response is a new product that helps mid-size companies

identify and evaluate intellectual property risk and methods to protect

against expensive litigation, especially intellectual property

litigation.
