block at 1:01 a.m. Monday.

* Brookhurst Street: A petty theft was reported in the 16000 block at

8:01 a.m. Sept. 14.

* Cardinal Avenue: Loud music was reported in the 8000 block at 4:16

p.m. Saturday.

* Coley River Circle: Police responded to a burglar alarm in the 11000

block at 6:10 a.m. Friday.

* Crane Circle: Fireworks were heard in the 10000 block at 8:39 p.m.

Saturday.

* Edinger Avenue: A loud party was reported in the 11000 block at

12:04 p.m. Sunday.

* Harbor Boulevard: Police were called to respond to a disturbance of

the peace in the 16000 block at 12:44 a.m. Sept. 14.

* La Terraza Avenue: A family dispute occurred in the 10000 block at

11:40 p.m. Sept. 13.

* Redwood Circle: Police were called to inspect an abandoned vehicle

in the 16000 block at 10:39 a.m. Monday.* Slater Avenue: A family dispute

was reported in the 11000 block at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.

* Slater Avenue: A non-injury hit-and-run was reported in the 11000

block at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 14.

* Spencer Avenue: Police were called in response to a stolen vehicle

report in the 10000 block at 2:24 p.m. Friday.

* St. Joanana Circle: Police were called in response to a prowler in

the 18000 block at 10:17 p.m. Sunday.

* Yuba River Avenue: Suspicious circumstances were reported by

neighbors in the 8000 block at 1:56 a.m. Friday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Edinger Avenue: Someone was reportedly forging checks and cashing

them at a bank in the 7000 block at 11:02 a.m. Sept. 14.

* Edinger Avenue: Security officers caught a shoplifter trying to

steal two pairs of underwear, one men’s and one women’s, a bra, a halter

top and a belt from a store in the 7000 block at 7:07 p.m. Saturday.

* Garfield Avenue: A woman reported hearing a prowler outside her home

and seeing the person’s shadow in the 7000 block at 2:55 a.m. Sept. 14.

* Liberty Avenue: Police responded to a report of shots fired near a

home in the 7000 block at 10:40 p.m. Sunday.

* Neely Circle: Police responded to a family disturbance reported at a

home in the 4000 block at 8:28 p.m. Sept 12.

* Pacific Coast Highway: Someone told police that two men, about 18 or

19 years old, with one riding a skateboard and the other a bike, stole

cases of beer from a store in the 700 block at 3:50 p.m. Sept. 13.

* Pacific Coast Highway: A business owner reported a trespasser in his

establishment after a man who was not a patron sat at a table and refused

to leave from the area in the 600 block at 10:57 p.m. Sunday.

* Pearce Street: A man was reported for indecent exposure after he

allegedly opened his robe and exposed himself to a neighbor in the 4000

block at 9:18 a.m. Sept 12.

* Ronald Drive: A burglary was reported, with a loss of a cable box,

stereo and a speaker, at a home in the 7000 block at 6:43 p.m. Sunday.

* 7th Street: Someone reported a loud party, with blaring music and

talking, disturbing the peace in the 100 block at 3:56 a.m. Saturday.

* Warner Avenue: A resident reported seeing burglars break into a

neighbor’s home and making noise as they searched the house in the 6000

block at 10:07 p.m. Friday.

* Warner Avenue: Someone reported that vandals slashed tires, keyed

the right side and stuffed eggs into the motor of a 1992 Infinity G20

parked in front of a home in the 8000 block at 12:07 p.m. Sept. 12.
