The Orange County Water District will hold a free ultra low-flush

toilet giveaway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Fountain Valley

headquarters, 10500 Ellis Ave. The free toilets are valued at more than

$100. To be eligible for up to three free toilets, residents in Fountain

Valley and Huntington Beach must bring in a copy of their current water

bill and picture identification, have a 3 1/5 gallons-per-flush toilet to

return to the water district three weeks later and install their new

low-flush toilet within three weeks of receiving it. Toilets will be

distributed on a first come, first served basis. Participants must return
