TODAY

A Bach B-minor mass will be held at 4 p.m. at St. Andrew’s

Presbyterian Church, 600 St. Andrews Road, Newport Beach. The William

Hall Master Chorale will perform the work on the occasion of the 250th

anniversary of Bach’s death. $15-$40.

NOV. 7

Carl St. Clair will conduct the Opera Pacific in a colorful production

of Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” at 7:30 p.m. at the Orange County

Performing Arts Center, 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa. Other

performance times are 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9-11 and 2 p.m. Nov. 12. $32-$107.

The Borromeo String Quartet will perform at 8 p.m. at the Orange
