3. ALL ABOARD: The Newport Harbor Nautical Museum will present the

first comprehensive exhibition of paintings by Rex Brandt since his

passing in March. The exhibit will begin Sunday and continue through Feb.

Water & Light, the Legacy of Rex Brandt,” will include more than 40 oils

and watercolors. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday
