NEWPORT BEACH

* West Coast Highway: Police reported that an unknown suspect

allegedly broke a glass panel in an office in the 6200 block. The

incident was reported at 4:30 a.m. Monday.

* West Coast Highway: Police reported that a cellular phone was

allegedly stolen in the 2300 block at 1:10 p.m. Monday.

* West Coast Highway: Police arrested a man on suspicion of driving

under the influence of alcohol and drugs in the 700 block at 10:46 p.m.

Monday.

* West Coast Highway and Riverside Avenue: Police arrested a woman on

suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs at 2:12

a.m. Tuesday.

COSTA MESA

* Adams Avenue: A commercial burglary in the 1600 block was reported

at 2:59 p.m. Wednesday.

* Bristol Street: Deputies at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday arrested a

26-year-old man in the 3300 block and charged him with vandalism, assault

with a deadly weapon that is not a firearm and driving under the

influence of drugs or alcohol.

* El Camino Real: Deputies at 2 p.m. Tuesday arrested a 19-year-old

man in the 2700 block on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that

is not a firearm.
