The Orange County Airport Commission has scheduled its next meeting

for 6 p.m. Wednesday.

An agenda for the meeting, which is open to the public, will be

available today on the John Wayne Airport Web site, https://www.ocair.com,

airport spokeswoman Ann McCarley said.

The commission is a five-member panel that makes recommendations to

the Orange County Board of Supervisors about issues that affect John

Wayne, a potential airport at the former El Toro Marine Air Station and

other airport-related matters.

The meeting will be held in the commission’s hearing room at John

Wayne’s Eddie Martin building, 3160 Airway Ave., Costa Mesa.
