Christmas decor is on sale at Macy’s. The store has reduced all

Christmas merchandise 50%. On sale are all ornaments, cards and wrap,

nutcrackers, tree skirts, stockings and stocking hangers, and all

artificial trees. The only merchandise excluded from the sale is the

Christopher Radko glass ornaments. The South Coast Plaza Macy’s Home

store carries all of the holiday decor.

The new Target Greatland store is having a 30% to 50% off clearance

sale throughout the store. There are discounts on selected home decor,

shoes, women’s and men’s clothing, women’s intimate apparel,

entertainment, girls’ and boys’ apparel, and infant and toddlers’

If you’ve always wanted to learn how to draw and paint, there’s a good

opportunity to learn Jan. 10. Artist and lecturer Mimi Sharon Stein is

teaching drawing and painting workshops for beginners through advanced

students in mixed media. Sessions start Jan. 10 and continue for eight

consecutive Wednesdays. The sessions run from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in
