B.W. COOK -- The Look

OK, you can barely say the name properly, let alone spell it. When it

comes to high fashion footwear however, there is one name that send

shivers down to the toes of women who insist on wearing the best --

Manolo Blahnik.

The Look ventured over to Neiman Marcus at Fashion Island and took the

escalator to its second-floor, high-fashion shoe boutique to check out

the latest Blahnik designs.

In a recent issue of Town and Country magazine, Blahnik shoes were

labeled the best of the best for the fashionable foot. The Blahnik shoes

are so chic that they all have names.

Showing her lovely size 9 1/2 AA foot is Shandon Janis of Newport

Beach. Janis is a public relations coordinator for Neiman Marcus in

charge of all fashion shows, luncheons and special events.
