The Daily Pilot asked third-graders at College Park Elementary School

in Costa Mesa: What do you think of Disney’s new California Adventure

theme park?

“I saw it on TV, and it looks fun. I think it’s going to be better

than Disneyland because the rides look really high and Disneyland has

“When I went [recently], it was fun. The rides are big, but I didn’t

get sick or anything. Plus, if you go to Disneyland now or in the summer,

it’s not going to be very crowded. So you should go there first before

California Adventure.”

“My friend who went said it was cool. I want to go on that ride,

Soaring Over California. And I want to go to Disneyland too because it’s

not going to be very crowded.”

space, with the Mickey ears, looks cool. The rides just look different.”
