Women’s basketball: Lions top Christian Heritage

COSTA MESA - The Vanguard University women’s basketball team broke

free from visiting Christian Heritage in the second half en route to a

66-54 Golden State Athletic Conference win Tuesday night.

Rachel Fikse led the Lions (16-10, 9-8) with 16 points, while Becki

Huddle and Robbin Dittenbir each added 12. Huddle also had seven assists,

while Dittenbir grabbed seven rebounds.

Andrea Hamilton led Christian Heritage (5-23, 3-14) with 16 points.
