Brittany Cornelius, 14, of Costa Mesa will perform the part of Chiffon

in Broadway on Tour’s production of “Little Shop of Horrors.” Brittany is

a freshman at the Orange County High School of the Arts and has been

performing since she was 9. Performances will take place at the Ebell

Theater in Santa Ana starting March 9. . . . CT Realty Corp., a Newport

Beach-based real estate investment and development firm, has named Irvine

resident Lonnie P. Nadal as senior vice president of acquisitions and

Beach residents Jeri Wilson and Sally Molnar have been chosen to sit on

the executive committee for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation’s

first Links to the Cure Golf Tournament, which will take place in

188 will be honored on Sunday at the Neighborhood Community Center for

Mark Lucescu was named a top broker for 2000 with Marcus and Millicap

Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, the world’s largest real estate

investment brokerage firm. Lucescu, who works for the Newport Beach

office, brought in $295 million in aggregate transaction value, is a

senior director with the firm’s National Retail Group and is the No. 4

broker in the company. . . . Army Pvt. Logan Mehl-Laituri, son of

Stephana Mehl of Tustin and William Laituri of Costa Mesa, graduated from

basic training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. . . . Ethan Austin, son of

Marjorie Austin of Newport Beach, made the dean’s list at Emory College

in Georgia for the 2000 fall semester. Students must be in the top 20% of

Emory College or have a 3.7 grade-point average or higher. . . . Marine

Corps Pvt. Harry Agdayan, son of Ashot Agdayan of Newport Beach,

completed basic training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego.

Agdayan graduated from Newport Harbor High School last year. . . . Greg

Reiser was promoted to the position of assistant account executive with

Point B Inc., based in Newport Beach. Reiser joined the agency as an

account coordinator in January 2000. . . . The Newport Beach-based

architecture firm Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo was ranked among the top

five architecture firms in the world by Engineering News-Record. . . .

Jay Grimes of Costa Mesa won an award for best El Camino at the

Presidential Motorcade Car Show at the Orange County Market Place in

Costa Mesa. . . . James Armstrong of Costa Mesa won an award for best

professional car with his 1964 Mercury Merador during the Presidential

Motorcade Car Show at the Orange County Market Place in Costa Mesa. . . .

Costa Mesa-based Andrew L. Youngquist Construction Inc. completed the

Imperial Park Senior Care Community, a $10-million, assisted-living and

Alzheimer’s disease care community in Whittier. The project was developed

by Birtcher Senior Properties of Newport Beach. . . . David Fish, son of

Sarah Murphy of Las Vegas and David G. Fish of Corona del Mar, graduated

from the Army Officer Candidate School Consolidated Phase III training at

Fort Lewis in Tacoma, Wash., and will now serve as an officer candidate

in the Nevada State National Guard. . . . Courtenay Laver, a junior at

Saint Mary’s College in Indiana was named to the dean’s list for the 2000

fall semester. Laver is the daughter of Richard and Mary Lever of Corona

del Mar.
