COSTA MESA
* Adams Avenue: Vandalism was reported at 3 a.m. Thursday in the 1200
block.
* Avocado: A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Thursday in
the 800 block on suspicion of committing a grand theft. The woman is
suspected of stealing an access card.
* East 17th Street: A robbery was reported in the 100 block at 2:02
a.m. Wednesday.
* Elden Avenue: A residential burglary was reported at 6:41 p.m. in
the 2600 block.
NEWPORT BEACH
* Newporter Way and Spring Tide Drive: Police arrested a woman on
suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs at 5:46
p.m. Friday. Bail was set at $10,000.
* Placentia Avenue and 15th Street: Police arrested a man on suspicion
of possessing marijuana for sale at 4:10 p.m. Saturday. Bail was set at
$10,000.
* San Joaquin Hills Road and MacArthur Boulevard: Police arrested a
man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs at
3:25 a.m. Friday. Bail was set at $2,500.
* Via Lido: Police reported that someone stole a purse with $380 from
the back of a bar stool at a restaurant in the 3300 block at 8:44 a.m.
Friday.
