The Orange County Museum of Art has art programs for children called

“Saturdays at South Coast Plaza.” On March 10, there will be a class on

still-life drawing. Children will take tissue paper and construct a

still-life object out of it, then they will be asked to draw the object

using Prismacolor pencils. The classes are ideal for kids 6 to 10. They

are held from 2 to 4 p.m. Seating is limited, and registration is

required. The class is $6, or $4 for members. They are held at OCMA’s

Gallery at South Coast Plaza, near the Carousel entrance on the first
