Estancia drops 4-3 decision

GARDEN GROVE - Estancia High’s Eagles fell to 1-1 after a 4-3 loss

at Bolsa Grande in the Foothill/Costa Mesa Tournament Wednesday.

Estancia, with A.J. Perkins spearheading the play with two key

defensive plays at second base, led, 3-2, in the fourth inning, but Bolsa

rallied with single tallies in the sixth and seventh innings to pull it

out.

Estancia returns to tournament action today at Bolsa Grande, dueling

Century at 3 p.m.
