Prep baseball: Eagles prevail

GARDEN GROVE - Estancia High’s Jordan Hart drove in two runs and

saved Brent Davis’ pitching victory as the Eagles topped Century, 7-5,

Thursday in the fifth-place semifinals of the Foothill-Costa Mesa

baseball tournament at Bolsa Grande High.

Justin Davis gave up three hits and one earned run in six innings on

the mound for the Eagles (2-1), who will meet the Rancho Alamitos-Garden

Grove winner Saturday for fifth place at 2 p.m. at Newport Harbor.
