worship God from their hearts, Jesus demonstrates his power and love in

tangible ways, such as answering prayer, touching lives and bringing

health. It is a wonderful life-changing experience.”

Type of sermon: Chip Crosby teaches through the Bible, verse by verse.

He said he tries to make its truths understandable, interesting, and

practical.

Recent and upcoming sermons: Crosby is currently teaching on how to be

a New Testament church using the Book of First Corinthians as a guide.

Mission statement: Harbor Light is a place where biblical, balanced,

New Testament Christianity is demonstrated in an atmosphere permeated

with Christ’s love, acceptance and forgiveness.

Interesting note: Chip and Karen Crosby became pastors of this

historic church two years ago. Chip Crosby said, “There is a sense of

excitement over what is going to happen next. People are experiencing

salvation, growing in their spiritual lives and getting healed.”

Crosby is also a professor at LIFE Bible College in San Dimas, where

he teaches subjects that include “Preaching,” “Divine Healing,” and

“Biblical Prophecy.”
