* Corporate Drive: A commercial burglary was reported in the 1500

block at 3:18 a.m. Wednesday.

* Harbor Boulevard and Harbor Center: A burglary was reported at 2:35

p.m. Wednesday.

* Newport Boulevard: An assault and battery was reported in the 2000

block at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Baypointe Drive: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 1400

block at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday.

* Dana Road: Possession of a controlled substance was reported in the

4200 block at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

* Muir Beach Circle: Vandals reportedly lighted skyrockets from the

street that broke several windows of a home in the first block at 11:15

a.m. Tuesday.
