B.W. COOK -- The Look
The Queen Bee boutique in Newport Beach is dedicated to the pursuit of
high fashion in Orange County. Recently, owners Suzanne Palmer and Brian
Fargo decided to make their store fashion central for the woman seeking
chic design, and in so doing, launched the exhibition and sale of
footwear from London’s very hot shoe designer Jimmy Choo.
About six years ago, Choo was a virtually unknown shoemaker in
London’s east end, even though he was designing shoes for the late
Princess Diana and other fashionable clients.
Today, however it’s a very different story for the gifted young man
who sells his products worldwide and counts among his clients Julia
Roberts, Cameron Diaz, Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicole Kidman.
Here’s a peek at the spring shoe collection for 2001 from Jimmy Choo
at the Queen Bee.
