THOUGHTS FROM THE SCENE: I wanted to get a flower picture. I drove

around all morning looking, but there was nothing to be found. I figured

I would save the idea for a day later in the season. So I went along with

my day, racing from one assignment to the next. I was running late to my

next assignment when I caught a glimpse in my rearview mirror of these

two girls -- Sterling Daily and Spencer Knowlton -- playing in a flower

bed. At this point I really couldn’t stop. But I couldn’t pass it up. So

I rushed out of the car and began shooting. It just shows that when

you’re looking for something you’ll never find it. When you’re not, it’s

right there in front of you.
