Softball: Pirates fall to Riverside

COSTA MESA - A two-out bunt hit by Renee Snyder was all the Orange

Coast College softball team could produce against visiting Riverside in a

9-0 Orange Empire Conference loss Friday afternoon.

Tigers’ starter Rachael Bermudez allowed only one hit and one walk

through five innings, while striking out 11.

OCC falls to 6-18, 1-16 in conference and will host Saddleback on

Monday, beginning at 3 p.m.
