Wednesday, but the visiting Tritons won the nine-hole nonleague boys golf

match, 202-206, at Santa Ana Country Club.

Newport Harbor won the first nine holes earlier in the season, but San

Clemente came back to capture the 18-hole series, 404-407.

Also scoring for the Sailors were Brent Beebe (40), Tom Werbe (42),

Miller Akins (42) and George Hanold (43). Kush shared medalist honors

with San Clemente’s Sean Miller and Mike Nuno.

The Tars play their final Sea View League match today against Aliso

Niguel at El Niguel Country Club.
