COSTA MESA

* Peterson Place: Annoying calls were reported in the 2700 block at

4:49 p.m. Tuesday.

* Union Avenue: A hit-and-run involving property damage was reported

in the 2100 block at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday.

* West 18th Street: A robbery was reported in the 700 block at 9:32

p.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Newport Boulevard: Four audio cassettes were reported stolen from a

vehicle parked at Hooters Restaurant at 3:31 p.m. Monday.

* Jamboree Road: A wallet was reported stolen from the 4600 block at 1

p.m. Tuesday.

* Vista del Oro: Science supplies, including containers of fossils,

rocks and tools, were reported stolen from a teacher’s storage area in

Eastbluff Elementary School at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday.
