CMALL Majors: Tigers roll past Red Sox

COSTA MESA - Scott Shafer pitched a complete game to lead the

Tigers to a 4-1 win over the Red Sox in Costa Mesa American Little League

Majors Division action.

Shafer scattered three hits and struck out six to earn the victory.

Nick Peterson had two hits and scored two runs to pace the Tigers’

offense, while Cody Spoulos added a hit and scored two runs.

Andrew Millian, Steven Hamasaki and Alex Moralez each had a hit, an

RBI and a run scored for the Tigers.

Dylan Stiller pitched three shutout innings and went 2 for 3 to lead

the Red Sox.
