Marine Corps. Cpl. Sean W. Andres reported for duty with the General

Support Maintenance Co., 1st Maintenance Battalion, 1st Force Service

Support Group at Camp Pendleton near San Diego. He is the son of Diane L.

Aguilera of Fountain Valley . . . Huntington Beach law professor and

attorney Stuart Miller accompanied three of his law students at Western

State University College of Law to San Francisco where they won the

Bernard E. Witkin Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy . . .

Huntington Beach resident Jenna Schnacker graduated from the University

of Nebraska at Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in social science

comprehension . . . Air Force Airman Alan V. Salmones of Huntington Beach

has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in

San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, Salmones studied

the Air Force mission, organization, customs and received special

training in human relations. He is the son of Victor and Maria Salmones

of Huntington Beach . . . Robert Teitelbaum, a 1995 graduate of Edison

High School, has received a master’s degree in theological studies from

Vanderbilt University. He also received the W. Kendrick Grobel Award for

outstanding achievement in biblical studies . . . Marine Corps Pfc. Mark

H. Beckleman of Huntington Beach completed basic training at the Marine

Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego and was meritoriously promoted to his

current rank . . . Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jessica R. Harrod

has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in

San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of Peggy Gallagher of Huntington

Beach . . . Air Force Airman Kyong H. Min of Huntington Beach graduated

from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio,

Texas. He is the son of Esther Min and a 2000 graduate of Edison High

School.
