* Continental Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 1900 block at

2:02 p.m. Sunday.

* Plumer Street: A hit-and-run accident involving property damage was

reported in the 600 block at 11:22 a.m. Sunday.

* Smalley Road: Graffiti was reported in the 3400 block at 8:28 a.m.

Sunday.

* West 19th Street: An assault was reported at Harbor Boulevard at

1:59 a.m. Sunday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Balboa Boulevard: A resident in the 4500 block reported that a

stranger was standing in his bedroom when he woke up about 8:26 a.m.

Sunday.

* West Coast Highway: Vandals reportedly scratched a vehicle in the

3100 block at 7 a.m. Sunday.

* Newport Center Drive: Medical records and employees’ files were

reported stolen from an office in the 400 block at 1:45 p.m. Saturday.
