Originality will prevail at Watermark at Crystal Cove. Of the 33

residences that Taylor Woodrow Homes, Inc., will build at the Newport

Beach site, no two will be alike.

Jessica Fabricant, Taylor Woodrow’s marketing manager, explained the

oddity.

“Watermark buyers can create their own dream home without having to

concern themselves with hiring an architect and a contractor,” Fabricant

said of the homes, which will start at $2.7 million and range from 4,959

to 5,309 square feet.

The site is also choice, Fabricant said, alluding to the hillside

location overlooking the ocean between Newport and Laguna beaches.

Options for the homes include having as many as eight bedrooms, as

large as a four-car garage, several staircases and a subterranean wine

cellar.
