COSTA MESA

* Adams Avenue: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 1300 block at

1:26 a.m. Thursday.

* Cadillac Avenue: A commercial burglary was reported in the 3500

block at 7:59 a.m. Thursday.

* Cleveland Avenue: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 3000

block at 10:35 a.m. Thursday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* M Street and East Oceanfront: A man walking his dog reported that he

was attacked by two people and punched several times in his face and body

at 1:15 a.m. Friday.

* Sherington Place: A laptop computer, briefcase, calculatorsand other

items valued at $3,600 were reported stolen from a car in the 1900 block

at 8:05 a.m. Thursday.

* Superior Avenue: A man reportedly took two bottles of wine from a

store shelf and left without paying. The incident was reported in the

1400 block at 2:17 a.m. Thursday.
