Boys water polo: Corona del Mar handles Newport Harbor

TUSTIN - The Corona del Mar High boys water polo team pulled out an

8-2 victory over Newport Harbor Wednesday night in Tustin High summer

league action.

John Mann and Marcello Pantuliano each had three goals for CdM, while

Artie Dorr and Jason DiRocco each added solo tallies.

Goalies Beau Stockstill and Dave Carlson combined for six saves for

CdM.

Meanwhile, in junior varsity girls water polo action, Corona del Mar

posted a 14-6 victory over Northwood. Vivian Liao had five goals to lead

the Sea Kings, while Tracy Kubas added four goals.

Single goals were added by Katie Kubas, Lauren McAdams, Yvette

Zaharson, Katie Lemmerman and Hayden Hutchinson. Goalie Kelsey McCormick

had 12 saves.
