Bargain of the Day

Busy Hands Creations offers pretty and colorful handmade sun catchers

in both heart and ball shapes for $24 at its Artisan Lane location.

Dish of the Day

The experience of going to the fair isn’t really complete until you’ve

made your hands sticky with cotton candy. The fluffy, delicious and

ever-popular sweet treat can be bought at the Sugar Shack or any of the

other candy stalls on the Fairground. The floss cones sell for $2, the

small bags for $3 or you can supersize it for $5.

Prepare to be spooked by magician Frank Thurston. The show begins 4:30

p.m. on the Grounds.
