Briefly in Business
Coco’s Bakery Restaurant at 3446 E. Coast Highway in Corona del Mar
has temporarily closed for remodeling but will reopen later this month.
A three-day grand reopening is scheduled and will include special
promotions and entertainment.
The renovation will add the Corona del Mar banquet room, able to sit
40 and allow for meeting space, and a 20-foot stone tower at the
entrance.
The Coco’s renovation comes at a time when the Corona del Mar Business
Improvement District is working toward completing Vision 2004, a plan
designed for and by the Corona del Mar Residents Assn. and the Newport
Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
The plan emphasizes strengthening Corona del Mar’s “village”
atmosphere.
