‘Dear Ron’ Letter

Another excellent, well-thought-out article by Ron Davis concerning

the proposed monthly sewage rates. It is very disturbing to read that

according to their report, the staff is proposing a flat fee because it

would be inconvenient, costly and difficult for the city to adopt

something more fair and equitable.

Nice going staff, you folks are all heart.

Also are there any provisions in this fee that assures it will be used

for the sewers in Huntington Beach, not some off-the-wall project such as

a monument honoring the Widow Of the Unknown Soldier.

I hope the City Council reads and learns something from this article
