3:52 p.m. Tuesday.

* Mark Lane: An assault was reported in the 2500 block at 2:37 p.m.

* Park Avenue and Plumer Street: Vandalism was reported at 3:15 p.m.

* State Avenue: A hit-and-run involving an injury was reported in the

2100 block at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday.

* Bear Street: Grand theft was reported in the 3300 block at 8:34 p.m.

* Cornwall Lane: A stereo system was reported stolen from a car parked

in the 1600 block at 8 a.m. Monday.

* Newport Boulevard: A cell phone was reported stolen from a car in

the 2900 block at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.

* Newport Center Drive: Credit cards were reported stolen from a gym

locker in the 600 block at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.

* Ocean Front and 32nd Street: Disorderly conduct involving alcohol

was reported at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday.

* Quail Road: Phone equipment was reported stolen in the 1100 block at

10 a.m. Tuesday.

* Seagull Lane: Disorderly conduct involving alcohol was reported in

the 800 block at 12:25 a.m. Monday.
