BOATING FORECAST
In the harbor, the southwestern winds will blow in at 10 to 15 knots,
bringing about 2-foot waves and a southwest swell of 4 feet. Expect some
typical patchy fog in the morning. The same conditions encountered during
the day should be expected come nightfall as well.
Out farther, the western winds should be light with 2-foot waves and
areas of fog. The night conditions should see 10- to 15-knot winds out of
the west and a mixed northwest and southwest swell of 6 feet.
SURF
Though the southwest swell is expected to peak today, the great surf
will continue with waist- to shoulder-high waves and the occasional
7-footers.
The same sizes can be expected Friday, though they’ll start dying out
over the weekend.
