Boys water polo: Eagles suffer setback

COSTA MESA - The Estancia High boys water polo team avoided a

shutout, but lost, 14-2, to visiting Huntington Beach, in nonleague

action Tuesday.

Senior Phil Glacy and junior Jeff Hellmich scored one goal each in the

fourth period for the Eagles (0-2). Estancia goalie Joey Lindquist, a

junior, recorded 12 saves.

The Eagles return to action Thursday, in the Irvine Tournament, as

they face Chadwick at 6 p.m.
