Michael and Phyllis Marr of Newport Beach announce the engagement of

their daughter, Molly Langdon Marr of Palo Alto, to Crawford McClain

Tuttle of Sacramento.

The bride-to-be graduated from Corona del Mar High School and the

University of Arizona. She works at the Semiconductor Industry Assn. in

San Jose as its director of communications.

The groom-to-be is the son of Norman Tuttle of San Francisco and the

late Barbara Hall Tuttle. Crawford graduated from Acalanes High School in

Lafayette, and UC Berkeley, and he earned his master’s degree at

Georgetown University. He is the director of business development for

Source Health and Mobility in Berkeley.

A Sept. 29 wedding is planned at St. John Vianney Chapel on Balboa

Island.

Jacobs-Jones

Gar and Janet Jacobs of Newport Beach announce the engagement of their

daughter, Amy Jacobs of Atlanta, to Christopher Jones of Atlanta.

The bride-to-be attended Corona del Mar High School and Colorado State

University in Fort Collins, Colo.

The groom-to-be, son of Ronald and Suzanne Jones of Marietta, Ga.,

graduated from Marietta High School and the University of Georgia in

Athens.

An Oct. 13 wedding is planned at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in

Newport Beach.
