“The Glass House” movie is so horribly bad I found myself laughing

uncontrollably during the last 20 minutes. I think it’s supposed to be a

thriller but somehow it turned out to be an unintentional comedy.

The movie stars Leelee Sobieski as Ruby who, after the sudden death of

her parents in a car crash, moves in with her guardians, Diane Lane and

Stellan Skarsgard. While her 11-year-old brother is quite content with

the arrangement, she soon begins to suspect that there is more to her

guardian’s motives than originally thought.

What is really hard to understand is how all of these very capable and

very good actors could possibly have seen anything worthy in this script.
