Rosing-Cooper

Dr. and Mrs. Keith Rosing of Newport Beach announce the engagement of

their daughter, Lisa Marie Rosing of Newport Beach, to Christopher Royce

Cooper of Flower Mound, Texas.

The bride-to-be graduated from Corona del Mar High School and

graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California Thornton

School of Music.

The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Royce Cooper of

Flower Mound, Texas, and graduated from Trinity Christian Academy. He

also graduated magna cum laude from Houston Baptist University, and will

graduate from the University of Dublin, Trinity College school of

medicine in Dublin, Ireland in May 2002.

A Dec. 8 wedding is planned at Laguna Presbyterian Church in Laguna

Beach.

Simpson-Howard

Susan and James Simpson of Villa Park, announce the engagement of

their daughter Heather Ann Simpson of Newport Beach to Beale Howard of

Newport Beach.

The future bride graduated from from Villa Park High School and Platt

College. She is a graphic designer with Prudential California Realty in

Newport Beach.

The bridegroom is the son of John Howard of Fairfax, Va., and Linda

Howard of Falls Church, Va. He graduated from Newport Harbor High School

and earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanguard College. He is operations

manager for Direct Midrange Systems.

A November wedding is planned.
