WEATHER FORECAST

The clouds in the sky at sunrise should burn off by noon, leaving

clear skies. Temperatures in the low to mid 60s will turn into the 70s by

afternoon, hitting a high of about 79 at 3 p.m.

It may feel like temperatures are in the 80s, but they’re nowhere

close. The ultraviolet index is expected to hit 7 at noon, so beware.

The temperatures will drop into the lower 70s by 6 p.m. and keep going

down into the night until they hit the mid-60s.

BOATING FORECAST

Patchy fog close to shore will burn off with the morning’s light. The

winds will start out light, becoming westerly at 10 to 15 knots by the

afternoon. Wind waves of 2 feet are expected, along with a 3 foot swell

coming from the west and the south. The winds are expected to die down

again overnight.

Further out, expect winds from the northwest at 5 to 15 knots and wind

waves of 2 feet or less. A northwest swell is expected to be around 4

feet.

SURF

The swell from the southwest is fading, fading, faaaaadddinnng. Expect

some waist- to chest-high sets with shoulder-high sets in some of the

better surfing areas.
