Phantoms edge Flames, 4-3

Hamilton Bretherton scored three goals -- including the winning goal

-- to lift the Phantoms to a 4-3 victory over the Flames in Adams

Division play.

Bretherton scored his team’s first two goals and Jason Callanan scored

once as the Phantoms opened up a 3-2 first quarter lead.

Kevin Pulford scored twice and Scott Webb had one goal for the Flames.

Chase Parks finished with 18 saves for the Phantoms and Brett Urabe

had 20 for the Flames.
