Dennis Rodman’s arraignment on two misdemeanor charges was postponed

yet again on Monday to Oct. 25.

The former NBA star was charged with disturbing the peace in his

Seashore Drive neighborhood and using loud amplifiers without city

permits on May 12, the eve of his 40th birthday.

Rodman also tried to land a helicopter on a public beach that day.

He also faces speeding tickets for exceeding speed limits while

boating in Newport Harbor and is being investigated by the Newport Beach

Police Department for discharging a fire extinguisher at a man in Hooters

restaurant on Coast Highway.
