Surf and Sun
WEATHER FORECAST
OK, there aren’t anymore Beatles tunes here, but don’t worry, be
happy. It should be a bit cloudier this morning than it has been
recently, but that won’t keep the sun out of the picture as it’ll still
produce highs in the low 80s in Costa Mesa and mid-70s in Newport Beach.
Overnight, expect lows in the mid-60s. Should be similar on Wednesday.

BOATING FORECAST
Light winds will kick off the morning in the harbor. The southwesterly
winds will pick up to 10 to 15 knots, creating waves of 2 feet and a
3-foot swell. Winds will become light overnight and patchy fog will
develop.
The same will be encountered out farther with a mixed northwest and
south swell of 5 feet. Fog will also develop out there.
SURF
A new southwest swell should create surf in the waist- to
shoulder-high range with the occasional 6-footer. The same fair to good
conditions should be expected throughout the week.
