Ms. Dagney, with her bright jade-green eyes and a neck ribbon of red,

white and blue, and her kitten need a home. When she was rescued, she was

pregnant, said DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, organizer of the Community Animal

Network.

Both will be up for adoption this weekend in front of Russo’s Pet

Store at Fashion Island. Animals will not be viewed inside so the network

can conserve its funding, Pfaff-Martin said. See other animals available

The network needs help to find a fund-raising person to give life to

the organization’s rescue mission to save local animals, she
