Florida Street: A male subject was yelling and holding a big stick at

Florida Street: Five or six subjects were urinating on the fence at

5:37 p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block.

14th Street: A maintenance manager broke into a tenant’s apartment

without permission to paint and punch holes in the walls at 10:23 a.m.

Garfield Avenue and Delaware Street: A male was riding on top of a

semitruck at 3:33 p.m. Saturday.

Goldenwest Street and Garfield Avenue: An elderly male was riding and

wandering through traffic in an electric wheelchair at 1:01 p.m.

Thursday.

Goldenwest Street: Someone was reportedly trying to break into

Lakefront Lane: A resident woke up to find her home flooded, possibly

from a neighbor’s broken water pipe, at 10:26 a.m. Sunday in the 18100

block.

Larchwood Drive: Three men were walking down the street, knocking on

doors, at 8:07 p.m. Saturday in the 6200 block.

Magnolia Street and the San Diego Freeway: A driver’s windshield was

shattered by a rock as the car went southbound on the freeway at 8:01

p.m. Friday.

Main Street: A male wearing a wet suit, claiming to be Jesus Christ,

and cutting a flowered garment he was wearing was reported at 3:03 p.m.
